We at David-vs-Goliath.org are working on creating an army of gladiators to :

1. Find the breaks in the chain of title

2. Courtroom training for pro se litigants

3. Understanding Evidence Codes

4. Knowing why you need a court reporter at every hearing

5. Building your case before you get to court, and most important,

6. Knowing who you are up against and how they have structured their game.

We at David-vs-Goliath.org are a group of people like yourself who are working on creating an army of gladiators to:

be ready to file complaints, writs and to assist others through advocacy in the courtroom

We have calls for our members every Monday (a recording of our first introductory call is attached); we will also be having workshops on debt elimination and advocacy training, and field trips (depending on area); plus mock trials.

Members will also have access to paralegals, attorneys, court reporters and more!

The reason most people fear the Courtroom experience is they have absolutely no understanding as to how the courts operate.

Here in California the courts operate pursuant to a statutory scheme that was amended around 1929 to include California Civil Code 1161a (b)(3) to include homeowners and purchasers.

Before this the Bankters tried to bring the homeowner under a landlord/tenant pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code 1161, but they were prevented from this due to legal issues. So the Bankters went to the legislature to have the statutory scheme amended to bring the dispossessed homeowner into a court of limited jurisdiction in a summary proceeding! They are known as Fast Track cases because of their five day response requirements.

They structured a statutory scheme that must be strictly adhered to.
